Consult stakeholders (individually or by means of facilitating group sessions) to identify comprehensive business requirements.

Ability to manage multiple projects at once and keep track of all deadlines.

Strong communication skills and experience of working in an Agile team.

Provision, manage, optimize and secure infrastructure either on on-premise and/or cloud environments ranging from servers, networking to databases, etc.

4+ years of software development experience primarily on Java & preferably with exposure to building technical components for RPA products

Strong programming skills and exposure to following technology areas:

Experience with HTTP, REST, RESTful, JSON API services in a programming language.

Knowledge of leading Automation Framework/Tools such as Workfusion or Uipath

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Identifying and designing business processes for automation

Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error

Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations

Producing process documentation to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward

Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and preventing any potential bugs

Work closely with business teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design

Analyze Business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose aPlan Collaborate with technical team for automation delivery and process optimization

Assist the team by providing functional insights of the process under development

Updating to stakeholders and other team members during project delivery

Review QA reports, test cases

Tracking Project lifecycle and health with stakeholders

Work with internal customers to identify opportunities for automation and present to senior management for prioritization.

Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using RPA technologies, particularly with UiPath or similar

Extensive experience and understanding in amending code, testing, and ensuring everything has been done before going live

Excellent organizational skill and ability to coordinate development with others

Select and implement an RPA platform (UiPath or similar) and additional tools if required.

Create, debug, and train and support users of RPA workflows.

Certification in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.

Experience in technology project management within an information systems and infrastructure environment

Understanding of security standards, change management procedures, and compliance requirements.

Knowledge of Data Centre planning, capacity management, and disaster recovery .

Proficiency in mobile phones, virtualized computing (vmWare), mobile device management systems, file systems, SAP BASIS, backup systems, and distributed computing support.

Understanding of Active Directory and mobile device management.
