Experience of 5+ years of experience with senior management in a large research university or other large, complex organization.

Effective budget planning, preparation, monitoring, and reporting experience accompanied by proven track record of effective project planning management and development

Strong leadership, project management, work organization and process management skills essential.

Experience in strategic planning & capital project planning, is required.

Provide exceptional omni-channel experience by offering in-store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels

Manage scheduling and follow up of execution on shipping /receiving, eCommerce fulfillment operations, cash management, and operations systems & compliance

Maintain Mark’s performance management expectations (feedback/coaching); this includes progressive discipline where necessary.

· Proven experience in Project and Engineering Management on projects with a value exceeding $500 million.

· Prior EPCM experience preferred with design office management experience

Serves as expert on engineering management issues.

· An extensive knowledge of administrative practices and strong communication skills across all levels including client representatives.

Manages the reforecast of contractor staffing needs using actual progress, work remaining to complete and estimates to complete

Ensure the development of an achievable engineering schedule to meet project requirements using the EWPs.

Minimum of 4 years experience in engineering and project management

Strong project management skills including an understanding of project management methods and techniques (PMBOK best practices)

Manage the initiation, planning & design and/or delivery for infrastructure projects including operational/strategic initiatives, resource and financial management

Perform all activities related to thorough risk management for all projects

Develop or ensure appropriate specifications and standards are developed and/or used based on expert technical expertise and management of engineering specialists

Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with experience in solving complex and sensitive issues
