Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Senior Retail Channel Management Specialist

Be the voice of the customer and be responsible for developing the digital channels, content.

You have experience working with Smartsheet and/or other project management tools.

You have excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and cross functional relationship management

Supporting with the organization, management, and maintenance of key retail documents, files, and resources in our retail intranet

Developing new ways to manage the work across our teams, including new processes, practices and procedures

You have 3+ year’s experience in a communications related role

You have experience in developing, creating, reviewing and releasing communications to large, varying audiences

Leverage omni channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.

Own the efficient replenishment processes that maintain a full and abundant sales floor with all styles, colours and sizes represented.

Maintain an awareness of current product in all departments.

Courteous and responsive to internal/external requests.

Support execution of visual merchandising flips and maintenance of the presentation standards.

Support housekeeping and maintenance of both the sales floor and stock room.

Proven experience as an LS Retail Specialist, with expertise in procurement, marketing, omnichannel management, and Power BI reporting.

Knowledge of Shopify and other omni channel platforms, including integration and management.

Strong project management abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Lead and optimize procurement processes within LS Retail, ensuring efficient inventory management, strategic vendor partnerships, and cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

LS Retail Omni channel Management:

Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

Setup company-directed promotions and programs

Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
