Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively inform visitors and shoppers and represent the ROM's brand through retail sales.

Comfortable working in crowded environments and skilled at handling public inquiries and basic complaints with tact and diplomacy.

Previous SaaS experience is an asset but not a requirement

Curiosity and problem solving skills will go a long way towards maximizing your results.

A friendly, knowledgeable, and persuasive presentation style is useful in this role.

Experience in a consultative selling environment

Strong business acumen will help you learn about our products, markets, and sales process.

Comfort dealing with senior people/decision makers is important – you’ll learn to dominate these encounters in this role.

Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of related experience

Combination of retail sales & customer service along with an interest in becoming a Territory Sales Manager desired
