Results Analysis Scientist I Jobs

Maintain proactive interactions with Management and Project Scientists to complete tasks timely and efficiently.

Perform data review according to GLP/GMP requirements.

Hands-on experience with separation techniques (chromatography HPLC, electrophoresis, etc.) and immunological techniques (ELISA, Western Blot) and cell-based assays.

Follow company policies and procedures.

Perform established laboratory analyses and use the required analytical instrumentation.

Execute and document Quality Control (QC) testing in a GMP environment.

3-5 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in biscuit snacking

Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality and commercialization

Conduct research and development activities to create new food products or improve existing ones

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product concepts

Conduct trials in bakeries to test and optimize product formulations

Analyze and interpret data from trials to make informed decisions

You’ve previously demonstrated expertise in effective program management, with the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives.

You have working experience with Lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

You have knowledge in gas adsorption and separation an asset.

You manage and analyze data from product autopsies to assess product lifetime and failure modes.

You’ve acquired a BSc. in integrated engineering, materials science, or related fields.

You integrate chemical and mechanical stability data from different platforms into a cohesive dataset.

Overall Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities

0-3 years of practical experience in environmental monitoring;

Experience in either the oil and gas industry or mining is considered an asset; and

Perform tasks as requested efficiently and accurately, using standard methods and techniques;

Groundwater and surface water monitoring;

Tracking and reporting on field activity; and

Strong people leadership skills – at least 5 years of management experience

Very strong organization skills, time management, and high attention to detail

Program Management/ Project Management certification e.g. PMP, ITIL (an asset)

Plan, execute and measure all the milestones in the Recruitment, Onboarding and Performance management cycle end to end

Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework to all stakeholders including executive reporting
