Resource Worker Jobs

Experience providing social services, education and support to families, children and/or adolescence.

Knowledge and experience in childhood development and learning.

Experience working with families who have experienced trauma and/or knowledge of trauma informed practice would be an asset.

Post-secondary coursework in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or another social sciences field.

Experience working with families in both one-on-one and group settings.

Excellent organization, communication (both oral and written), and problem-solving skills.

8+ years of work experience

Need experience with BMC remedy Upgrade

Need to be educated in PL/SQL

Able to easily find the problem for an issue in a complex BMC remedy environment ( GEO redundant, High Available)

Demonstrated ability in MS Office programs and experience working with calendar management tools is a must (e.g., Outlook)

The successful candidate must have the following education, experience and/or demonstrated skills:

Office Administration certification from an accredited post secondary institution is considered an asset.

1-2 years experience providing administrative support required.

Excellent organizational skills, with exception attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to build strong rapport with the team utilizing strong communication skills and relationship building skills.
