• Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Residence Offices

• Processing and tracking maintenance requests

Office Administrative Professional certificate, Business, or 2 years equivalent experience

Long and short term rental check in/out

Prioritize, track, and keep records for maintenance and contractor work orders

Ability to plan work efficiently with frequent interruptions in a busy office setting.

Previous professional experience in student affairs, student services and/or a higher education environment will be considered an asset

Certifications in suicide intervention, health & safety, first aid training, and dispute resolution would be considered an asset

Experience working in multicultural environments and previous supervisory experience are assets

Strong interpersonal and empathic skills, with ability to establish trusting relationships with staff members and students

Experience in community engagement and community building activities
