Researcher – Software Design For Machine Learning Jobs

1-3 years of relevant experience in design research

Highly organized with superior written communication skills

Experience working within an agency or consultancy setting.

Experience working within an Agile delivery framework.

Experience with the Atlassian Suite: Confluence, Jira.

Experience with using Figma, Mural, Sketch and/or Miro.

Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with software profiling/optimization techniques

Strong software engineering experience working with Python/Tensorflow/C++, especially in Linux environments

Experience in open-source tools, makefile, shell/perl scripts

Work on 6G fundamental research

Design, development and testing of the new 6G simulation platform to support research on the key features of the 6G network

Responsible for the integration of various platforms and modules into a demonstrable prototype

Hybrid work model (3 days in office and 2 days work from home)

Experience with technical apparel is preferred

Experience in survey creation and platforms, such as Crowdsignal and/or Qualtrics

Strong analytical skills – you’re able to sift through data, identify key information, and synthesize into themes

Strong leadership skills - ability to take initiative when required and work cross functionally

Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills

Experience with Large-scale training, evaluation, and deployment designs and procedures

Keeping up-to-date on selected areas of ML (such as graph representation learning, dynamic and knowledge graphs, and deep learning)

Apply cutting-edge research to solve impactful real-world problems, publish at top-tier conferences, and invent patents

Publish at top-tier ML conferences, file high-value patents, and write scientific technical reports

Contribute to the design, implementation, test, and maintenance of research and development frameworks

Collaborate with researchers and developers across teams and projects

2+ years of professional experience in using SQL and data management.

4+ years of experience in programming with Python.

3+ experience in using Natural Language Processing (NLP), particularly pre-processing, embedding, and applying ML algorithms on unstructured textual data.

3+ years of professional experience working with languages and frameworks typically used in machine learning (e.g., Pytorch, scikit-learn, NLTK).

3+ years of professional experience in software development best practices (e.g. version control, testing, documentation).

3+ years of professional experience in developing machine learning models using the Cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)

A highly self-motivated learner and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is an asset

Ability to skillfully apply LLMs related technology to conduct technical research in the field of software engineering

Ability to extract, abstract, express and generalize software knowledge/code knowledge using AI or large model

MS or Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering, related Machine Learning field, or equivalent relevant experience

Experience with LLMs building is an asset

Conduct and apply LLMs (Large Language Models) to design and implement intelligent technologies for improving various software engineering research tasks

Define and apply state of the art software engineering practices and tools (configuration management, static analysis, unit tests and beyond).

Network in the company and actively distribute your knowledge and expertise

Bachelors degree or equivalent industrial experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related field.

Experience in implementing scalable software for Machine Learning applications, preferably in High Performance Computing (HPC) and/or cloud platforms.

Experience with Machine Learning Stacks (e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, Seldon Core etc.).

Experience that demonstrates your team-oriented, innovative, and strategic working styles
