Research And Evaluation Coordinator Jobs

Demonstrated verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills

Conceptual understanding of data and data management

Five (5) years of clinical experience in Mental Health and Addictions required

Two (2) years of experience in community-based research and evaluation required

Demonstrated progressive leadership experience required.

Working knowledge of various statistical software programs (e.g., SAS, SPSS)

Adapting baseball drills and skills for a wide range of variations

Strong skills in qualitative data methodology and analysis.

Experience with data collection (e.g., survey creation and administration, key informant interviews, focus groups, etc.).

Experience in monitoring and evaluation or research methodologies.

Knowledge in community-based research and evaluation methods.

Knowledge of evaluation theory and practice.

Experience in human resource, material, and/or financial management;

Management skills, including in planning, decision-making, and human resource and material management;

Proven leadership, problem-solving, teamwork and change management skills;

Graduate degree in a field related to the position (science, health, management or another related field);

Ability to work on a multidisciplinary team and on a team practising co-management;

Adherence to professional ethics principales, to the network management philosophy and organizational values;

Strong skills in building respectful and productive relationships with children, families and strategic stakeholders and local partners

Experience or interest in multiple adversities and supportive models.

A commitment to collaborative, inclusive and participatory practice in all areas of your work

The ability to share findings to varied audiences, but particularly with the community Together for Childhood works in

Coordinates DERS contracts with vendors and HSSBC and prepares associated Purchase Requisitions.

Revises forms as directed for the Research Department.

Ability to type 60 wpm

Ability to operate a personal computer and apply a variety of software applications.

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in an environment subject to changing deadlines, stress and interruptions.

Ability to work independently using initiative and judgement with limited direction.

Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Research & Evaluation.

Manage and keep up to date with Hub Solutions’ project management tools

Record, manage and preserve data in a safe and accessible way.

Regularly monitor data quality standards. This includes providing regular feedback and support on data verification, data entry and data quality issues.

Seek opportunities such as Request For Proposals; assist the Manager of Research & Evaluation in proposal preparation and grant writing.

Graduate degree preferred (e.g., M.A., MSW, M.PH), or a B.A. (Honours) with 3+ years of research and evaluation experience.
