Check the daily planner/ communication book for any resident appointments, any requests or needing follow-up
Check and document vaccine, specimen, Medication, and water temperature if no RN is present in the unit.
Distribute iPad and other supplies to PSW, with signage, and upon return Ensure all PSW wear name tags.
