They must also ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Detailed Job Description A Regional Construction Manager is responsible for managing the construction of projects in a specific region. This includes overseeing the budgeting, scheduling, and safety of the project, as well as ensuring that all quality standards are met. They must also coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Regional Construction Manager is also responsible for monitoring the progress of the project and providing feedback to the team.
