Support asset management team with tenant statement of accounts and queries

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related mix of academic and practical experience

Provide commercial and financial analysis of project finance structures, instruments, and pricing

Apply your exceptional writing skills to prepare reports for a broad variety of assignments.

3-5 years of experience in similar advisory role, consulting to public and private sector clients

A broad skill set including strong presentation and stakeholder facilitation, business case and report writing, organizational and analytical skills

Excellent communication and writing skills

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

Assisting with data gathering activities including document review and supervision, and quality control of data entry activities

3-5 Years of experience in the construction and engineering industries

Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner and project scheduling technique experience is highly preferred

Experience in investigative work focused on contractual claims and disputes

Contract management, disputes and/or asset management.

Financial analysis and modeling, and/or consideration of economic costs and benefits

Experiences managing and mentoring junior staff

Strong preference will be given to candidates who have gained such experience from either:

A professional services environment with relevant infrastructure related project experience and/or commercial and financial advisory experience; or

Financial modelling experience with major capital projects, with the capacity to develop such models independently with minimal guidance

Preparation of monthly management reports

Maintain quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues relevant to the client’s business

2-4 years of relevant experience in assurance and accounting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

Experience in managing more junior accountants is a plus

Knowledge of cloud accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks Online is a plus

Experience in project management and change management

2-4 years of consulting experience in a consulting firm or complex, company-wide projects within a corporate environment

Demonstrated experience in conducting analysis, ensuring accurate and updated data from varying sources and interpreting complex results to find key opportunities

Experience working in sustainability and/or HSEC+S functions

Industrial goods and/or power industry experience

Proven quantitative and analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis, economic impact analysis, and/or financial modelling.

Manage multiple client engagements at any given time by leveraging internal and external resources across multiple disciplines.

Develop and mentor mid-level/junior staff to develop analytical and consulting skills.

Knowledge of the commercial and procurement aspects of public-private partnerships and project financing transactions.

Lead or support the development of business cases, market assessments, or feasibility assessments for transport and major public infrastructure projects.

Solid, demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), Bloomberg, DisclosureNet, Thomson Reuters Eikon, Enterprise Content Management

Conduct vulnerability analysis of both management nominees and dissident nominees for contested or potentially contested election of directors

Experienced team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to liaison with clients, colleagues, management, and senior leaders within any organization

Develop industry-leading intellectual capital and knowledge database on executive compensation, corporate governance, and E&S topics

Review and develop knowledge of the materials for each event in which the department is involved
