Guide arriving aircraft to the gate safely without damage or injury

Unload baggage and cargo in a speedy and safe manner

Deliver arriving luggage to the claim area within guideline

Dispatch aircraft safely without damage or injury

Communicate with Operations, Flight Crew personnel and other ground personnel concerning arrival/departure information in a professional manner.

Ramp Organization– set up, manpower assignment, shift briefings, auxiliary equipment inventory management – standard defined

Attendance management– day of shift coverage (schedule, contact list, parameters), coaching and documentation of attendance – email

Lead training support – Shadow shifts, push back, load planning (sheets and communication), flight organization, incident management

Minimum 2-years' aviation ground handling experience

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Supporting airline operations through the safe movement of baggage and ground equipment

Train ramp staff on Airlines operational requirements for the aircraft.

Experience in an aviation operational role preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory position.

Must have basic mathematics, trouble shooting skills and excellent attention to detail.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.

Able to analyse and interpret the needs of customers and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.

Maximize sales opportunities by nurturing the sales capabilities of associates and promoting behaviours to Connect, Share, and Partner.

Partner with other store leaders to set sales goals and targets.

Communicate regularly with the team to solidify their connection between store financial success and bonus programs.

Connect, share and partner with customers to sell solutions and add-on sales.

Partner with other store leaders to oversee coordination and execution of services, maximizing productivity.

Execute, communicate and ensure understanding of flyer and promotional items.

Minimum of 3 years as Ramp Agent experience. Ramp Lead experience is an asset.

You are bilingual (French-English). Knowledge of the Cree culture and language is an asset.

You have good physical capacity and like working outside.

4 year college degree in relevant field strongly preferred or equivalent experience

Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, and a high degree of attention to detail

Knowledge of airport safety regulations preferred
