Manage the creation/delivery of promotional/advertising materials secured through contractual relationships and paid partnerships.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant experience

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills

Demonstrated project management experience on complex and technical I&IT projects

Experience managing and coordinating project change management process with 3rd party vendor contracts

Leadership and team building experience, managing and coordinating multiple stakeholders that have varying needs, requirements and objectives

Vendor, Procurement, and Contract Management

Experience providing oversight on integrated plans to ensure the successful delivery of 3rd party vendor contracts

Demonstrated experience identifying issues and managing risks for large complex enterprise-wide projects

At least 7 years of experience in project management.

Demonstrated experience with standard project management tools, such as, MS Project, Clarity/Planview, Visio, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, PowerBI or equivalents.

Experience creating and maintaining project management artefacts/project collaterals, such as, meeting minutes, project plans, briefing notes, change requests.

Excellent planning and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail.

Work with the Station Manager to organize coverage of local community events

Other duties as directed by the Station Manager

Promote euroRADIO through the development and execution of Social Media campaigns.

Promote euroRADIO through participation in community events and being on-location for events

Assist with the video filming/production of community events and music sessions

Have knowledge, experience, passion, and an in-depth understanding of music

Speak both French and English with strong written and oral communication skills

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the music or radio/media business

Have a post-secondary level of education or equivalent training in the music Industry

Radio & Media Relations Manager,

Travailler en collaboration avec le département Publicité pour organiser des entrevues à l'avance et le jour du spectacle.

5 to 10 years of experience in RF design.

Several years of experience in designing filters, RF amplifiers, synthesizers, etc.

Knowledge of electronic design tools DxDesigner, Xpedition, ADS, AWR, Genesys, HFSS, CST is a plus.

Knowledge of military standards is an important asset.

Experience in Troposcatter solutions, seen as an asset.

6+ years of telecommunications or ATI experience preferably working in VHF field

Experience working in large scale 24x7x365, heterogeneous infrastructure, RF/Telecom systems and network environment.

Compensation: competitive pay based on experience

Proactively monitoring of the VHF network to meet or exceed the established KPIs and SLA targets

Comprehensive knowledge of P25 radio system management is an asset;

Strong, proven leadership abilities and experience are required;

Manage the design, implementation, and commissioning of the new P25 WRPS radio system and any additional future systems;

Public sector experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset;

Knowledge of UHF, and VHF public bands;

Excellent skills in communication and human relations, emotional intelligence, facilitation, negotiation, public relations, and presentations;
