Plan and coordinate the various phases of the fieldwork such as staff requirements, logistics, audit programs, and time budgets.

Ensure that appropriate skill level of staff is assigned to various files undertaken.

Undertake a significant administrative role in firm. For example: Interviewing and hiring for all levels up to manager position.

Promote and uphold the firm's policies and procedures, and become knowledgeable in the firm's services.

Accounting, Audit And Tax Responsibilities

Perform and supervise a range of auditing, tax, and accounting issues from start to finish and oversee larger, more complex engagements.

Provide insightful feedback on client deliverables such as audit report and management letters, etc.

Collaborate with the engagement manager/senior associate on engagement approach and execute on the plan using a risk-based approach

Manage profitability of projects, evaluate strategy for growth of the firm

Ensure professional development through ongoing education

6+ years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environment

6+ years of audit experience and at least 2+ years of recipient/contribution agreement audit experience

Extensive knowledge of Quality System regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 210 and 211

Minimum 10 years’ experience combined in quality unit and manufacturing in the biotech regulated industry or equivalent

GMP experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life science field is required

Experience building teams and managing people leaders

Establish and maintain Quality systems required for new product introduction, technology transfer, manufacture and distribution of new and regulated STEMCELL products

Leads QA evaluations, and creation and execution of quality strategic planning to ensure compliance and business needs

Excellent project management skills, advanced written and verbal communication skills

Direct fieldwork daily, inform supervisors of the engagement status, and manage staff performance.

At least 5 years of experience as a testing manager

Knowledge and experience working with Databases and SQL (Oracle, MS-SQL, DB2, Sybase, Informix, MySQL, PostgreSQL…)

At least 8 years of experience in software testing
