Develop product information documents for making quality decisions.

Create and maintain company quality documentation and write quality assurance reports

Time management & well organized

Overseeing internal auditing schedules to comply with Safe Quality Food and SFCA certifications.

Assisting the Quality Assurance Manager in preparing for and participating in regulatory and customer audits.

Managing the inventory release process to ensure products meet all food safety and quality requirements before being sold.

1-3 years' experience in food quality or related field

Knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, SQF, Safe Food for Canadians Act and Food Safety Modernization Act considered an asset.

Standards and requirements, including safety.

Associates degree or equivalent work experience

Intermediate to advance MS office skills

2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience within manufacturing

Experience with business-to-business customer relations

Our starting pay $22 per hour plus benefits after (60) days

Concrete Mix Management And Performance

Manage and lead quality incident Investigation process, troubleshooting and corrective actions.

Lead plants certifications preparation and audits for RMX plants.

Manage local lab budgets and financial reviews as required.

5 years of experience in Ready Mix

Implementation of Lafarge Safety Policies, and compliance with Government Legislation.

Read and interpret production drawings and specifications – to identify quality requirements

Support IATF16949 Management Representative and Liaison for external third-party audits and Document and Data Control for Windsor Facility.

Maintains inspection records and reports on product quality to management.

Participates in the following processes for Continual Improvement: Windsor Directional Team VA/VE, Management Review and Financial Gap closure Plan.

Maintain Customer Required Quality Management Systems (i.e., BIQS).

Manage the Quarantine cage daily.
