Utilize automated test solutions and proficiently work with test management tools to streamline testing processes.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases, maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Report as needed on quality checkpoints to project management.

Assist with project compliance with standards for records management and information management.

Validate and verify that software meets the intended business and technical requirements, including in an agile, iterative, and/or DevOps environment.

Implement operational techniques and activities to fulfill Project requirements for quality.

Plan and execute systematic activities to address compliance activities required by the Project to fulfill requirements.

Implement operational techniques and activities to fulfill Project requirements for Risk identification, analysis, and control.

Software testing, quality assurance and project management.

SPECIFIC SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (examples)

More than 10 years of experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance with high complexity systems.

More than 5 years of experience in agile projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience as a software tester and team leader.

Requirements analysis and software design.

Strong experienced leading QA Team

Hands on HCM experience (Workday or Success Factors) – Must Have
