The Consultant should demonstrate that they possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

1) 10+ years’ experience as a QA/QC Lead

4) 5+ years’ combined experience with SDLC and STLC and their implementation methodologies

5) 2+ years’ experience with Active Directory Organizational Units, Groups and User Attributes

1) Knowledge of an application for Unstructured Data Governance (Sailpoint FAM or similar) will be an asset.

• Advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English

• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management standards is highly desired.

Inspection of incoming parts in accordance with relevant purchasing, engineering, and quality requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing/machine shop environment.

Knowledge of quality control principles, techniques and tools, including statistical process control, root cause analysis, and inspection techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Knowledge and experience with software testing

Experience and strong knowledge of Linux, virtual machines and SQL DB

Experience in test automation with Python, Robot Framework or other languages/frameworks

Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies, as well as software development fundamentals

Experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting PC/server software and hardware in a Windows and Linux environment

Demonstrated knowledge of firewalls, Linux, and packet sniffers.

Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Communicate QA-related information with all levels of the organization, including senior management.

Develop and manage the QA team to ensure quality standards are met.

Create and implement quality control procedures to protect the customer experience.

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role.

Working knowledge of agile methodologies and software development processes.

Devise and execute training to develop and elevate skills within the team

10+ years of experience in QA

5+ years of experience as QA Lead

Experience assessing risk and determining appropriate levels of testing

Demonstrated skills using GitLab and JIRA

Excellent presentation skills to present ideas to the working team and organization including testing topics to quality assurance peer group

2 – 5+ years QA experience

Knowledge/familiarity working with social networks (Facebook primarily)

Knowledge of QA methodology and tools

Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables at the same time.

Detailed knowledge of Test automation frameworks

Experience in using Selenium, Unity or similar automation tools
