Python Developer For Data Analysis Jobs

3+ years working experience in backend engineering (python)

Experience with building out API's to support low-latency and real time data environment

Familiarity with data science/machine learning tools: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn etc.

Specific interest in recommendation engines

Utilize advanced Python programming (e.g. Rust) and SQL skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently.

Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements and develop effective data analysis solutions.

Perform performance tuning and optimization of databases and applications to meet client requirements.

Expertise in SQL query optimization and experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, etc.).

Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and libraries

Experience with Big Data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, Spark, etc.

Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in Data Quality Analysis is required.

The candidate must have their own equipment (laptop/computer) to work remotely from home.

Collecting, documenting, and analyzing information/data requirements from stakeholders

Creating data flow diagrams and communicating requirements, issues and options to various stakeholders, data architects and data engineers

Experience with reverse engineering the source to target mapping to gain data insights.

Experience with Azure Data platform preferred.

End-to-end ownership of data acquisition, management, preparation and presentation

Experience in, and knowledge of data visualization, techniques, and tools: Tableau, Google Data Studio or D3.js

Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Develop and maintain a CRM for lead management using the Django and FASTApi frameworks.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Use agile processes and tools such as Jira to manage the project and communicate progress.

Ensure that the CRM meets business requirements and is easy to use for end-users.

3+ years of experience in Python development.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Supports the Manager in responding to community requests for data and/or analysis.

Minimum three (3) years experience in statistical data analysis and collection, research, and data base design and report writing.

Knowledge of applicable Department programs and services, including early child development and parenting.

Knowledge of applicable Standards, Acts and Regulations.

Demonstrated communication skills to conduct training sessions, provide support to Community staff, work with diverse groups and prepare reports.

Knowledge and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies including customer focus, communication, collaboration and personal ownership.
