Description:

We are a growing technology company seeking an intermediate Python Developer with at least 3+ years of experience. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a team leadership role on the development teams and have a major impact on project development. The successful candidate will work closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets business requirements.

We are looking for intermediate Python Developer in our Surrey Office.

What You Will Do:

• Continuously learn and keep up to date with the latest developments in Python and related technologies.
• Integrate external CRMs using their APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain a CRM for lead management using the Django and FASTApi frameworks.
• Write efficient, readable, and maintainable code.
• Ensure that the code is properly tested and meets coding standards.
• Use agile processes and tools such as Jira to manage the project and communicate progress.
• Work in a team environment and actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings.
• Ensure that the CRM meets business requirements and is easy to use for end-users.

Primary Requirements for the role:

• Continuous learning approach to keep up with new technologies and methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in Python development.
• Good knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases and the ability to write SQL queries.
• Knowledge of JavaScript will be a plus.
• Ability to write efficient, readable, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with AWS, GitHub, and GitLab.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Good knowledge of Agile processes and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in the Django and FASTApi frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment.
