Description:

We are a growing AI technology company seeking a Python Developer with over 3+ years of experience. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a team leadership role on the development teams and majorly impact project development. The successful candidate will work closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets business requirements.

• Hybrid work model available after completion of 3 months
• This is a full time position with 3 months on site work.
• We are looking for intermediate Python Developer in our Surrey Office.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure that the CRM meets business requirements and is easy to use for end-users.
• Continuously learn and keep up to date with the latest Python and related technologies developments.
• Use agile processes and tools like Jira to manage the project and communicate progress.
• Work in a team environment and actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings.
• Write efficient, readable, and maintainable code.
• Develop and maintain a CRM for lead management using the Django and FASTApi frameworks.
• Integrate external CRMs using their APIs.
• Ensure that the code is properly tested and meets coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Primary Requirements for the role:

• Good knowledge of Agile processes and tools such as Jira.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Continuous learning approach to keep up with new technologies and methodologies.
• Good knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases and the ability to write SQL queries.
• 4+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to write efficient, readable, and maintainable code.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in the Django and FASTApi frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS, GitHub, and GitLab.
• Knowledge of JavaScript will be a plus.
• Team player who can collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment
