•Support project management of youth-elder camps, youth programming on vessels, and all other community engagement initiatives
Reporting to the Research Coordinator and Logistics Manager, this role is responsible for:
•Engage in ongoing, project-based dialogue with community members (alongside the Research Coordinator and Logistics Manager, and co-CEO’s)
•Support as needed for the Fleet Manager and Research and Logistics Manager on foundation operations and logistics

8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a leadership position and in the environmental field;
Knowledge of provincial, state and federal authorization processes;
Autonomy, initiative and organizational skills;
Leadership, strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills;
Knowledge of French, an asset.
