Business Partner do time comercial, provendo informações e análises ad-hoc que auxiliem na tomada de decisão.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical requirements and develop innovative solutions.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal engineering or a similar role within the energy industry.

Strong knowledge of ISO standards and their application in the energy sector.

Proven experience in developing technical proposals and managing contracts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers.

Knowledge of thermal processes and their application in energy systems.

Proven Project and Bid management capabilities

Project Management experience and/or field experience on large construction projects

Overall responsibility and management of construction cost estimates, bid submissions and proposal development strategies

Work together with Operations / Project personnel, Business Development Manager and Sr. Management

Chair the required proposal initiation, status and approval meetings with Senior Management

Present proposal and estimate details to senior management to obtain required approvals
