Experience with end to end product delivery especially with products running on cloud like AWS, GCP & Azure

Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

Strong technical and business knowledge

Defining and executing project plans, assembling resources, and developing processes associated with product rollout and ongoing support.

Project Management Experience: A proven history of delivering quality multi-PLT/stream, large, complex programs

Financial Management Skills: Ability to capture and track project financials, reporting on status and measuring overall profitability

The ability to influence and shape the Project Management best practices and strategy on the team

PMP designation or 10 years’ program and/or project management of major, complex engagements managing cross functional programs and stakeholder groups

Thorough understanding of project management methodologies, principles and practices

4+ years of experience in Client Service or account management.

Build, develop, and manage strong client relationships with existing professional translation services clients.

Working knowledge and proficiency using CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)

Superior organizational skills - able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, managing changing priorities, and working under pressure.

Very strong work ethics and interpersonal skills essential to develop trusted relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

Manage budgets related to your activities.

Develop and manage content and campaigns on digital media.

In-depth knowledge of digital media

Proficiency with applications for the operationalization of digital campaigns (Business manager, Google ads) and for analysis

Ability to be thorough and organized and to show coordination skills

In-depth knowledge of project life-cycle methodologies is an asset
