4-5+ years of relevant experience

Ottawa & Surrounding market experience preferred

Major contract management experience with sophisticated buyers such as nuclear utilities.

Experience in customer relationship management.

Regularly reports project progress to senior management and/or the customer.

Direct the overall technical, cost and schedule requirements on assigned contracts, including engineering and field services.

Interface with customer to ensure that contract requirements are met including cost/schedule reporting, multi-phase design reviews and other engineering deliverables.

Coordinate subcontracting efforts to ensure that any outsourced work scopes meet all technical requirements.

1-2 years’ experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or conversion projects is considered an asset

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Lead and manage software conversion projects, including planning, organizing, and implementing project activities

Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, timelines and resources simultaneously

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are achieved

Achieve and maintain one silo certification

Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail

Work directly with the Marketing Manager on new product launches (messaging, strategy, brand creation, photoshoots, media planning, launch execution)

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Outstanding written and verbal skills, as well as excellent copywriting and proofreading skills

Create, proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

An understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Manage & reporting on project budget to actuals

Exceptional quantitative & analytical skills; the ability to drive projects through metrics

Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements:

Record & issue Minutes of Meetings from site meetings with Project Managers review & approval.

Coordinate & follow up on project close out requirements.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mechanical experience in the construction industry preferred.

Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Well-developed problem solving skills with the ability to find solutions and incorporate them into existing practices as needed.
