Project Coordinator – Sales Department Jobs in Alberta

College diploma in Engineering/Project Management/Business Administration is an asset

Maintains records of projects to properly manage job sites; generates other reports as required

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (construction industry preferred)

Knowledge of forming and shoring equipment preferred

Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset • Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset

Excellent oral and written communication skills

3 years’ experience in interior/exterior project sales and management;

Manages customer escalations efficiently in order to reduce customer dissatisfaction;

Proven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments where financing is offered and guarantees are part of the offer;

Solid computer skills in recognized specialized design software (2020) and Microsoft Office suite;

Assists with workflow, time management and file management

Provides effective and appropriate leadership and supervision to NASA support staff including training, cross-training, task assignment, performance evaluation, and performance management.

Reporting, Report Writing skills and abilities

Ability to interact knowledgeably, comfortably, positively and respectfully with diverse individuals with a broad range of credentials, abilities, and literacy/language levels.
