Analyzing project schedules to identify delays or problems that may occur in the future

Reviewing reports from key team members to ensure that they contain accurate information about project status

Recommending changes to project objectives or strategies to improve performance

Coordinating with clients or customers to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project

Analyzing the financial status of projects to identify areas where costs could be reduced or where additional funding may be required

Experience providing program co-ordination support for a large, diverse program with an established program management framework

Experience in the use of collaboration management tools such as Microsoft Teams

Knowledge of Project Management best practices

Certification from project management accreditation body such as PMI (Project management Institute) or PRINCE2

Maintain program management artefacts in alignment with the established program management framework and methodologies

Co-ordinate and contribute to reporting and briefing materials for various levels of management

MS Project Schedule, CA Rally and CA PPM Mandatory Skill Set.

Help PM and ENG to create, update and maintain quality progress indicators in CA PPM

Track feature progress in Rally and flag any issues as needed

Track and review PE hours charged

Update Demand plan for NS Program as needed

Maintain MS project customer schedules as necessary

5+ years Experience working as a PCO

Planview experience, experience with MIS

Experienced, good communicator and work independently

Will be responsible for Program Financials, Status Reporting and other admin activities

Job Title: Project Control Coordinator

Provides appropriate customer support relationships with Project Managers and Senior Managers (e.g., Finance and Pre-Construction) in Operations, Construction and Engineering.

Undergraduate degree in Engineering or equivalent education and experience

Provides monthly project accruals and forecasts to Finance.

Identifies cost and schedule issues and risks to the Project Manager and suggests action plans.

7-12 years’ active, relevant, and applicable experience

Experience and ability to use the following:
