Project Captain Jobs in Quebec

Good stress management (medium to high);

Two (2) to five (5) years experience as a conventional tug captain;

Experience as an officer on a vessel equipped with a SMS system;

Leadership and excellent teamwork skills;

Experience on ASD tugs (asset);

Experience in docking vessels (major asset).

Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar role (asset);

Travel and lodging on job site paid for by employer;

Ensure the proper management of the ship (crew, equipment, administration);

Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.

Demonstrated mastery, autonomy in the job (knowledge, skills, know-how) and positive leadership;

Ensure that the ship and crew have the necessary certification for the area of operation;

CA MED Lifeboat and Non-Fast Rescue Boat Operation Skills [PSC/PSC]

Knowledge of the operation of a quality system with ISM standards (SMS);

A working knowledge of International standard regulations, industry guidance and requirements
