Program Partnership Coordinator Jobs

Strong organizational and project management skills

Manage and facilitate all partnerships, suites and loge ticketing requirements

2+ years of experience in partnership activation or a related field

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and sponsors

Excellent organizational skills and experience managing data

Alongside the Family Partnerships Manager, oversee the application process and review of potential partner families (e.g information sessions, logistics, materials, presentations)

Manage inflow of applications and work with families to ensure complete applications

Manage the process, criteria and priority for the application reviews and volunteers

Work with the Senior Manager(s) and Marketing team to ensure accuracy of brochures, posters, ads, and other outreach materials.

One to two years of relevant work experience in coordinating complex processes and/or customer service

Minimum 2 years project and vendor management experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Handling change management and stakeholder management.

Manages and monitors coaching networking by reviewing participant success and evaluating coach’s performance

Administrative experience, organization and filing is an asset

Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
