Overview HR Professionals are responsible for managing the human resources of an organization. They are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, as well as managing employee relations, benefits, and payroll. They also ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description HR Professionals are responsible for managing the human resources of an organization. This includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, as well as managing employee relations, benefits, and payroll. They must ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. They must also develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the organization is operating efficiently and effectively. Additionally, they must be able to provide guidance and advice to management on all matters related to human resources. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

• Knowledge of employee relations and benefits
• Knowledge of payroll and compensation
