• Responsible for policy management of all CSR-related policies.

Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build internal relationships with other functions across the organization, both locally and globally.

Well demonstrated oral and written communication skills and the ability to create and edit regular reports and announcements.

Minimum of three to five years experience in related field.

Experience in the CPG or food industry an asset.

Travel Requirements – Some limited travel may be required.

Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.

Provide management support and guidance to the Allstate Foundation of Canada Board of Directors:

Charitable program management, corporate social responsibility, not-for-profit program delivery or equivalents.

Interest in and familiarity with the nonprofit and public sectors, especially related to mission, governance, policy, and financial management.

Manage the Foundation and ACG’s charitable giving partnerships:

Manage relationship with giving platform vendor, and act as the business owner for the product.

Perform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the position

3 years experience or involvement in the student conduct process in post-secondary educational environments

Experience in adjudicating, investigating misconduct, student conduct cases, and knowledge and practice of student development theory

Proactively respond to student requests, provide recommendations and identify opportunities to enhance student resiliency and problem-solving skills

Provide outreach to the campus community regarding student rights and responsibilities

Create and conduct student workshop sessions regarding the Student Rights & Responsibilities and topics related to non-academic student conduct

Knowledge of the Compensation Fund Guidelines, precedents, and procedural requirements.

Knowledge of Law Society accounting and bookkeeping requirements.

Computer literacy, including familiarity with word processing, the AS400 and Case Management software (IRIS).

An LLB or equivalent education and training.

Knowledge of real estate transactions, mortgages and related legal accounting procedures.

Knowledge and application of a variety of negotiation and dispute resolution techniques.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in CSR/sustainable development program management;

Excellent team management skills and ability to rally others towards common goals;

Master's degree in environmental science, administration, engineering, or any other combination of relevant education and experience;

Demonstrated experience in implementing bold CSR initiatives;

Bilingual (French and English) oral and written with excellent communication skills;

Experience in the energy sector (an asset);

Basic knowledge of business management system

Student in environmental sciences and interested in working in the field of environmental management

Good knowledge of computer network PC: Windows, email, word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel), database (Access), and Internet browser.
