    Manage Production effectively through operational reviews (SHO, SOR, DOR) and use Standard Routines (SDCA) to ensure sustainable results

    Use of Basic Problem Solving tools and knowledge sharing (OPLs) to drive continuous improvements.

    Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line)

    Preferably 1-4 years of experience in a functional role in the CPG industry 

    Experience in managing, engaging, and motivating direct reports 

    Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills

Strong knowledge of Computerized systems, Data management systems, Quality management systems, SAP, SOPs, automation, and other software/applications.

Facilitate daily meetings and report findings to management.

Perform other duties as assigned by Department Management throughout all stages of drug substance manufacturing.

Sound Knowledge of Microbiology, protein purification, mechanical skill and knowledge, Aseptic Techniques, Chemistry, cGMP.

Schedule and coordinate daily/weekly work of a group of technical staff in B200 as per area requirements.

Train and ensure technical staff comply to GMP and SOP requirements.

Passion and broad knowledge of project management and product process

Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

15+ years of game industry experience

8+ years of professional experience managing, product managing, or producing game operations at scale

Proven experience scheduling teams, managing external partners, and supporting live service products

Experience with a wide variety of development practices including waterfall, scrum/agile etc

Bachelor Degree (Business Management, Food Science) or equivalent education/experience in food industry;

5 years experience in manufacturing management/supervision is preferred;

Manage and coordinate activities with supervisors and/or employees in production to maintain plant efficiencies and standards;

Responsible for unit compliance in all safety standards and quality regulations, policies, training requirements;

Knowledge of GFSI / BRC, SQF, GMP and other food safety standard including HACCP or similar food industry regulations;

Experience in Continuous Improvement environment (Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Six Sigma, etc.);

Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in asset management

Lead our asset management business with a focus on performance and winning work

Project Directorship and/or Management of projects

Work with project directors, project managers and project teams to improve job delivery skills within Business Group

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering, data management, or related area
