Product Change Coordinator Jobs

Post secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

Act as a cross-functional internal point of reference for any product specifications;

Regularly review in-market presentation of Cannara products to ensure accuracy;

Support the identification and timely application of new product listing opportunities for upcoming and in-market products;

Support item updates, and provincial board inquiries in a timely manner.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems (especially Oracle), including BOM and production management modules, is considered an asset.

Education: HS Diploma and/or GED

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment working collaboratively with material planning, scheduling, and/ or engineering.

A basic understanding of overall warehouse and manufacturing processes is required. Formal education in either field is considered a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders from different functional areas to coordinate projects.

Gathers, confirms, and submits necessary info for new and revised item setup requests.

•Assist senior product manager/or designate with managing product line,

•Administer product documentation, including architecture, data flows, functional requirements, user manuals, help pages and other product-related documentation,

•Provide and improve product support capabilities,

•Experience managing high-performing product development teams

•Experience with Agile software development methodologies

•Practical experience with modern software development technologies

ProSci (or equivalent) change management training required (certification preferred).

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Working knowledge of quality or integrated management systems.

Provide change management guidance and subject matter expertise to the Project organization.

Provide reporting on change management and continual improvement key performance indicators (KPIs).

Support process owners in developing fit-for-purpose change plans for their respective workflows and areas of responsibility.

Your education & experience matters to us:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry, preferably experience in poultry processing.

Organized and effective multi-tasker. Manage copious amounts of information and handled multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

Working knowledge of food and meat plant regulatory standards (CFIA, etc.), GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety, food quality, etc.;

Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), WHMIS;

Analytical, with problem-identification and problem-solving capabilities.

3+ years of broad Change Management and Project Management experience (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)

Provide input, document requirements and analyses to support change management activities.

Minimum 5 years in Leadership/Management role and RBC cross functional business experience/exposure, IS preferred

Interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with clients, senior management and colleagues across geographies

PMP, Change Management certification, e.g. Prosci

Manage and resolve change management risks throughout the project while developing a sustainable change management plan

Act as a SME for change and release management

Liaison for change and release management with Enterprise TIS Change and Release Management team.

Manage change through entire lifecycle, including approvals and ensuring lead times are met.

Validate process requirements and necessary documentation.

Attend training classes to improve personal and leadership skills.

Share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels.

Notifies finance and project managers of cost impact on the finished product due to increased cost of new components.

Performs additional duties as assigned by Management, including support to another CMO site.

DEC in Logistics or Inventory Management.

Provides clients with technical guidelines, verifies new artworks for compliance with Jubilant’s packaging line requirements and requests corrections if required

Attends new product launch taskforce. Creates shipping case labels in BarTender according to client`s requirements meeting JHS`s norms
