Overview Process Architects are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives. They work with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies to improve processes, and ensure that the changes are implemented effectively. They also provide guidance and support to teams and departments to ensure that processes are running efficiently. Detailed Job Description Process Architects are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives. They work with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies to improve processes, and ensure that the changes are implemented effectively. Process Architects must have a deep understanding of the organization’s processes and be able to identify areas of improvement. • Knowledge of process mapping and analysis techniques

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement and/or project management
• Experience in process mapping and analysis techniques
• Experience in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of process mapping and analysis techniques
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement and/or project management
