Preventative Maintenance Planner Jobs in Manitoba

Responsible for an active and effective safety program ensuring compliance to governmental and corporate requirements.

Manages the preventive maintenance program planning and scheduling , PM content updates and revision

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment in a Maintenance related role

Knowledge of SAP Maintenance system is an asset

Knowledge of Microsoft office – Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point required

Safety and quality standards for operating machines

Solid project planning skills are essential, using strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills, and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Knowledge in business, accounting, operations, scheduling, and inventory operations. Aviation industry and helicopter experience is considered an asset.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, including external stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and CMMS and solid computer skills

Work closely with Supervisors, operators, and skilled trade groups

Practical experience of the manufacturing sector, an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.

Advanced computer skills i.e. Autocad, MS Word and Excel

Four or more years of Maintenance planning and scheduling experience preferably in Oil and Gas

Exceptional working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office

A valid mechanical discipline Journeyperson Certificate or an Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson Certificate or equivalent experience

Strong collaboration skills that enable you to build strong, positive relationships within Distribution.

Develop and sustain an effectively planned maintenance schedule - 6 week look ahead

Maintain, improve and optimize job plans, task lists, strategies and procedures utilizing continuous improvement initiatives and techniques
