Decision Making - Use logical reasoning in day to day activities to make independent decisions to meet expectations of Production Manager

Organization Administrative skills; create, follow and enforce rules, policies, schedules and systems

Performs and follows proper gowning procedures and maintains gowning certification.

Follows GMP and regulatory requirements, and ensures quality standards are met.

Pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry experience is considered an asset.

Demonstrated mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude.

Nights - Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am

Minimum 3 years direct Supervisory experience or equivalent in a Molding or Assembly

PRODUCTION OPERATOR Education And Skills

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent work experience.

Knowledge of production procedures with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
