Overview A Personal Assistant to the Director is responsible for providing administrative and personal support to the Director. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The Personal Assistant is expected to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks, as well as have a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Detailed Job Description The Personal Assistant to the Director is responsible for providing administrative and personal support to the Director. This includes managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing documents, and providing general administrative support. The Personal Assistant is also responsible for providing personal support to the Director, such as running errands, making appointments, and providing general assistance. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• At least two years of experience in an administrative role
