Perception System Engineering Intern Jobs

Working knowledge of Deep Learning based 3D object detection models using LiDAR.

Knowledge of the modern camera-based object detection models, LiDAR-based object detection models, segmentation models.

Knowledge of Deep Learning based frameworks such PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Strong C++ (preferred) or Python programming and algorithmic problem-solving skills.

Working experience in a Linux based Operating System.

Experience using the Robot Operating System (ROS) framework.

3+ years of experience in the Autonomous Vehicles or Robotics industry.

3+ of commercial C++ programming experience.

Hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, deploying, and maintaining ML models in a production environment.

Translate complex, open-ended challenges into functional production code and machine learning models, primarily for Perception and Prediction tasks.

Investigate, prototype, and validate perception algorithms encompassing object detection, tracking, scene comprehension, and multi-sensor fusion.

Elevate proof-of-concept models to attain reliability and maturity at production levels, followed by iterative enhancements to boost their performance.

Knowledge of the modern camera-based object detection models, lane detection models, LiDAR-based object detection models, segmentation models, etc…

Strong C++ (preferred) or Python programming and algorithmic problem-solving skills

Working experience in a Linux based Operating System

Experience using the Robot Operating System (ROS) framework and tools like Rviz, rqt, tf, etc.

Strong reasoning skills and mathematics background including linear algebra, geometry, calculus, optimization, and probability to name a few

2+ years of focused industry experience on perception for robotic ground vehicles

Providing engineering level customer support as needed to ensure world class customer experience

Experience writing software and solving challenges with advanced perception algorithms for real-world applications

2+ years experience working with computer vision algorithms

Strong experience building and/or optimizing computer vision algorithms

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with the Nvidia Xavier or Orin chip sets

Un salaire horaire débutant à 19,55$ avec augmentation annuelle;

Un horaire de 37,5 heures semaine sur 4 jours;
