Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Customer Service (essential)

One (1) year experience as a Medical Receptionist (an asset)

Excellent computer skills; at ease working on a computer for 8 or more hours a day

Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken)

Ability to remain courteous but also efficient in exchanges with patients

Excel under pressure, able to prioritize and multitask

Have a a graduate degree in Health Professions Education.

Candidates with an MD degree must be certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or equivalent

Candidates with an MD degree must be eligible for licensure in Quebec
