5-10 years of direct management experience. Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to warehousing.

Develop and manage departmental budgets accordingly

Manage and plan the resources for a seasonal business to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Establishes annual goals and objectives, (including stretch targets) in coordination with corporate objectives, and manages performance to ensure attainment as assigned

Ongoing development and training, including product and industry knowledge, from experienced leaders and experts

Provide leadership, guidance and feedback to help staff members strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas

Review departmental activity and daily operating report with Management Tean

Lead the ongoing management, training and development of sales staff

5 or more years proven experience as a Dealership Sales Manager

Proficiency working with inventory and customer relationship management systems (ie. OneEighty, DealerTrack)

Salary: $28.85 hourly 40 hours per Week

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences

Compile data, statistics and other information
