Pathology Survey Technologist Jobs

Support annual sales and margin objectives while ensuring an enhanced customer experience through optimized sales and support experience exceeding customer expectations.

Coordinate and manage equipment Installations, including site readiness, pre-installation and post-installation follow-up.

Help coordinate and manage product supply, including backorders, substitutions, discontinuations, and product recalls, and stay current with region-approved developments.

Bachelor’s Degree or minimum seven years equivalent work experience or Master’s degree in the biological sciences.

Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.

Proficient knowledge of network hardware and network routing.

Two years related experience preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (Cerner Millennium) an asset

Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Grade 12 plus successful completion of a recognized medical secretarial or medical transcription program

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Work closely with the Epredia sales team and sales manager to develop specific area or key accounts growth strategy.

Manage tender processes and private deals as well throughout entire territory.

Support the sales team to successfully positioning Epredia solutions to address performance, workflow and customer’s budget requirements.

Strong presentation skills for both technical and sales related materials.

Knowledge of the IT-related aspects of the Diagnostics Laboratory area, such as connection of instruments to LIS and local network.

Strong self-organizational and communication skills.

Responsible for the successful management of the products' life cycle from 'cradle to grave' in their respective BU portfolio

Experience with Civil 3D, MicroSurvey and Trimble Business Centre is an asset.

Well developed skills to microscopically assess IHC control sections for quality assurance purposes required

Experience with a Laboratory Information System required: Meditech experience an asset
