Five (5) years of experience in providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior management (EX-01 and above) on complex** matters;

Three (3) years experience in conducting reviews and evaluations of programs and recommending changes and resource requirements;

Three (3) years experience in overseeing budgetary responsibilities.

Experience with operational and HR requirements, policies and procedures.

Experience in dealing with domestic or foreign partners on operational or administrative requirements for the Service.

Manage and oversee the activities of the unit by planning, developing /monitoring/revising plans/objectives, directing, developing and evaluating the performance of subordinates.

Successful experience in mainstream IDE development, embedded development, and other related R&D projects is preferred.

Successful experience in equipment, tools, architecture design, and UCD design is preferred.

Help building the IDE as a product and achieve business success.

What you’ll bring to the team:

Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and guest while providing supportive supervision of party hosts

Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner

Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms and event spaces

Trains and coaches party and event hosts

Coordinates with other departments to ensure parties run smoothly (Café, pool, etc.)

Facilitates organized party and event activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout activities

Experience in the application and design of smartphone media. Be familiar with the product architecture, key technologies, and technology evolution directions.

Have In-depth Experience with camera/display/video/audio architecture on smartphones or other terminal devices

Have SW/HW co-design and co-optimization experience, especially the power efficiency optimization on the smartphone platform

Have enough knowledge of the media underlying hardware accelerator, such as ISP, DSP, GPU, display IC, video codec, etc.

Have general knowledge of media quality assessment, such as camera/video IQ and display PQ evaluation

Have general knowledge of the developer ecosystem for the smartphone media system
