Overview A Parts Advisor is responsible for providing customer service and sales support to customers in a parts department. They are responsible for helping customers find the right parts for their vehicles, as well as providing advice and assistance on installation and maintenance. Detailed Job Description Parts Advisors are responsible for providing customer service and sales support to customers in a parts department. They must be knowledgeable about the parts and accessories available, as well as the installation and maintenance of these items. They must be able to answer customer questions and provide advice on the best parts for their vehicles. They must also be able to process orders and payments, as well as keep accurate records of customer transactions. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
