Required Education, Credentials And Experience

To order and safe keep drugs and narcotics and administer in compliance with all regulatory requirements and Revera policies and procedures;

To facilitate and provide resident/family education ;

To respond to and manage significant changes in residents’ condition and or medical emergencies;

Superior EQ skills in self-awareness, self-management, social agility, empathy, impact and influence, mastery of purpose and vision.

Minimum 2 years hands on experience in clinical care;

Experience dealing with “crisis” type medical situations;

Experience working within an academic environment;

Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills;

Ability to make medical decisions independently;
