Job Title: Part-time Curriculum Development, Agri-Business Management

Experience with curriculum development is an asset

Demonstrated exceptional presentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Experience developing online or hybrid courses preferred

Department: School of Workforce Development

Work with management to prioritize business and information need

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Filter and “clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

Have awesome time management and organisational skills, and have the ability to articulate and communicate persuasively.

Have relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Have leadership, managerial and confident communications skills/flare.

Experience with data structure analysis, data modeling, data management

Project management and delivery – 30%

Internal initiatives – improving IM’s capabilities in the space – 10%

2-4 years of prior work experience in designing/leading implementation for Data Warehousing and Data Analytical/MDM projects

Experience with life sciences clients preferred

At least 3+ years of hands-on experience using ETL technologies and platforms

Relevant educational qualifications in Business, MBA, DBA, PhD and/or Professional accreditation where appropriate; CPA, PMP, etc.

Marketing with specific knowledge of digital marketing concepts.

At least five (5) years of relevant “practitioner” experience

Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level would be an asset

Create a positive learning environment in the classroom and laboratories

Develop, deliver and revise learning resources within the department

• Good working knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

• Business case experience would be an asset
