Create and maintain efficient and detailed electronic and paper file management processes

Bachelor's degree or comparable related experience in either private or nonprofit sector.

Excellent communication skills (writing, editing, and verbal).

Carry out quality control of data entry

Provide a fun, engaging experience at all events promoting a positive experience with the Ottawa Senators brand

Work in pairs or in a team

Responsible for following event sheet details regarding event set up and tear down and completing tasks on time

Interact with fans within the community in a professional manner, initiating conversations about the Ottawa Senators, community programs and ticket opportunities

Collect fan data through Senators digital platform(s)

Answer routine questions related to team, hockey and/or venue

Must have a smartphone to use for text, email, photographs, and frequent communication/check in with manager

Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required

Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals

Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs

Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products

Gather information for appointment setting purposes

Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
