Paint And Shipping Manager Jobs

Own the end-to-end monitoring of transportation carrier programs, including issue identification and resolution, fraud management, SLA monitoring and partner escalations.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively identify and resolve issues.

Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with partners and internal and external stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL query writing.

Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of relevant industry practices and regulations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Advanced knowledge of computer skills

Manage the shipping department staff

Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the shipping department

Track and manage shipping costs and expenses, and work to minimize shipping costs wherever possible

Knowledge of shipping regulations, carriers, and freight forwarding

Communicate effectively with senior management and make presentations as required

8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 successful launches

Experience with product planning, supplier relations and negotiations, contract sourcing, and cost analysis

Lead the development and implementation of tooling/equipment/conveyance/facilities for new model assembly production in one or more assembly plants paint shop

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or other engineering discipline required

Work location is near Brampton, Ontario, with travel to Detroit required
