Packaging Development Specialist Jobs

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry manufacturing and/or packaging liquid, suspension and semi-solid dosage forms.

Experience working with contractors to manufacture tools and spare parts.

Represent the company in a professional manner and promote the benefits of our PET cups and lids.

Proven experience in business development or sales within the PET cups and lids industry.

Exceptional project management and communication skills

Knowledge of garments; experience in the fashion industry desirable

Implement efficient packaging procedures taking into effect customer experience

Manage inventory of packaging materials and place orders to avoid disruptions

Classify letters and certifications required for packaging

3-5 years of packaging experience and product coordination

Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy

Proven track record in sales, sales management or strategic business development (10 years+)

Knowledge and experience with CRM platforms, salesforce a plus

A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relation-ship-building skills

Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions

Implement 360o coverage of project opportunities including proactive Engineering procurement and Construction (EPC) and consultant coverage.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Leadership and project management experience also a definite plus.

Drive the development of evolving equipment standards through leveraging of our OEM relationships and our in-house knowledge base and experiences.

Deliver vertical start-up of projects using the Start-up Management processes for equipment including induced failure testing protocol

Start-up management concepts and commissioning

5+ years of hands on experience with packaging equipment and related technology.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience

Excellent organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to successfully manage tasks and projects independently; strong planning and problem-solving skills

Supports Senior Management with the information needed to create the company’s purchasing strategy and budget

3-5 years' experience working in packaging design and replenishment coordination.

Previous experience working in co-manufacturing and/or the nutraceutical or pharma manufacturing industry are definite assets

Understanding of principles of accounting and finance
