Organizational Health Consultant Jobs

Experience in a consulting environment accountable for providing organizational effectiveness, organization design, change management, strategic planning or program delivery.

Facilitate client workshops and planning meetings around strategy, business planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

Experience in working on cross functional teams consisting of members with varied skill levels and expertise.

Masters degree or higher in Business Administration / Management or Organizational Psychology an asset.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and communicate clear and well considered recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.

Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships across the organization in order to achieve engagement to change. Performance Management Accountabilities

Experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management

Experience in the application of existing and/or change management methodologies and tools

Guide in the development, implementation, and institutionalization of best practices around execution and change management.

Ensure appropriate change management practices are effectively utilized throughout the life cycle to improve execution and delivery of results.

Provide input into performance management discussions of project team members.

Provide guidance, advice, professional account management, financial wellness, and financial planning to enhance a plan member’s wellbeing

Provide education and point in time advice on financial planning and other relevant topics

Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience

Excellent organization, prioritization and planning skills required

Leverage training model and sales enablement supports to identify plan member needs and help navigate them to appropriate next steps

Identify opportunities and record engagement with each plan member using internal systems and tools

At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in human resources, talent management, workforce planning, and/or org design.

Strong project management, time management and leadership skills.

Provide OD SME on OD initiatives, working with key stakeholders at all skills levels within the organization.

Working experience focused on organization design.

Experience working in a global organization or start-up is considered an asset.

Notify designated product managers of new or suspected critical or high risk vulnerabilities in enterprise systems

Manage and configure web application firewalls working with product development teams to define protection rules to mitigate identified vulnerabilities

Configure and manage Advanced Threat Protection modules within the TELUS Health Unified Threat Management security devices

Define and implement tools and processes to drive enhanced threat management, vulnerability management, threat prevention, security monitoring and incident response

Manage the policy and playbooks interfacing with managed security prevention services spanning EDR, NDR, and MDR

Work with offensive testing leads and managed security service providers to perform threat hunting activities

Equivalent combination of education and 7 years progressive leadership experience may be considered

Knowledge of and experience with health protection legislation in the Nova Scotia context

Knowledge of and experience in notifiable disease reporting, outbreak reporting

Masters’ in public health, environmental health, public health sciences or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience

Baccalaureate degree in public health sciences, nursing, environmental health or relevant field with 5-7 years relevant experience

Experience in planning, development and evaluation of public health programs, services and initiatives

Hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: law, industrial relations, psychology, management or a degree deemed equivalent.

Qualification on national master standing offers.

Impeccable communication skills in both French and English, oral and written form, is essential.

Have completed a certification training for workplace investigators recognized by a Canadian professional association is essential.

A minimum of three (3) years' experience in conducting administrative workplace investigations for allegations of misconduct, harassment and violence, and discrimination.

Minimum experience conducting three (3) administrative investigations in the last five (5) years.
