Knowledge of College operations outside of Human Resources;

Must have 5+ years experience in organizational change management

Must have strong skills and experience of the Microsoft Office suite (MS Teams and SharePoint is a benefit)

Experience in a digital or IT environment would be a benefit

Experience managing culture change and org design changes would be a benefit

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to analyze, problem solve, stay organized and manage multiple assignments

Prosci and/or other change management certification/professional designation is preferred.

Partners with Human Resources consultants, talent management and learning specialists and project teams to develop and deliver integrated OCM solutions

Develops the OCM strategy and supporting plans, including communication, sponsor roadmap, training, coaching, management of risk and issues and acceptance/resistance

Oversees and/or performs the required communication, training and other change management activities

Degree in Education, Business or equivalent experience which would include experience in Organizational Change Management and Training & Development;

3+ years of experience change management - within the Technology space;

Strong Presentation and Management skills;

Experience in a full lifecycle change management project is preferred;

Develop and issue metrics reporting for training and organizational change management effectiveness

Facilitate organizational change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Business Transformation.

Provide OCM support for Supply Chain initiatives

Conduct comprehensive analysis using frameworks, approaches and tools as well as develop robust recommendations

Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact assessments, data assessment(s) and report findings

Manage the regional strategy and establish a supporting change network within the region driving engagement and inclusiveness.

• 7-10 years of Organizational Change Mgmt experience

• Experience with Workday or other ERP HR systems

• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.

• Identify and coordinate local communication specialists/teams to support the review, customisation, and distribution of communications.

• Fluently bilingual (English and French)

University or college degree or certificate in quality management system

Knowledge of Health Canada, FDA regulations and ISO requirements.

Assess the regulatory requirement and impact for any kind of change.

Sound knowledge and application of Health Canada and FDA regulations.

Excellent written communication and report writing skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task; detail oriented.

Knowledgeable of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Change management certification or designation

Create a 12 to 18-month plan to show the maturation of the change management function.

Lead training efforts including the design, delivery, and management of training program.

Manage and mitigate any risks associated with the change, including identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of advanced project management frameworks and organizational change management principles, tools and methodologies

A strong experience in driving Transformation and Change Management projects

Applying a structured methodology to drive change management, training, adoption and communications activities related to major transformation projects and initiatives;

Have 5+ years within HR Operations, project management, or management consulting, and ideally in a matrix organization

A solid background in developing and implementing Change Management strategies

Experience with facilitation and coaching is an asset

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and fluctuating work loads

Post-secondary education, with a major in Business, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

MUST HAVE a minimum of two recent HRIS implementation as a Senior OCM

Develop and implement an organizational change management plan for assigned projects, outlining the scope, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, benefits, and due dates.

Provide engaging virtual facilitation experiences to meet diverse learning styles and communication requirements.

Assess impacts and training requirements for each stakeholder group.

Lead change management within post-merger integration teams to smooth the onboarding journey of newly acquired companies. 

Act as a consultant to advise our People & Culture executive team on change management methods.

Leverage and improve our change management framework to ensure successful implementation and adoption of change initiatives

Provides general OCM delivery support to the Program Organizational Change Management Lead

ERP Experience (Dynamics 365 or PeopleSoft or JD Edwards or SAP or SuccessFactors or WorkDay or Oracle EBS or similar)

Supports the development and maintenance of OCM strategies, work plans and deliverables, e.g., assessments, change canvases, engagements, presentations, toolkits
